Whyte Raven App and more

Over the last couple of days there have been a lot changes made to our Whyte Raven app - these changes have included repairing a broken link to the track "Eyes Wander", adding new tracks from the album "Something Like Folk" and updating the biog pages with details of the forthcoming meditation album "Magic Of The Forest" and the recording of the first track of the new album "On The Track"

The next project will be to do simiilar work on our Moonshadow Media app and bring that bang up to date with what is happening in Moounshadow land.

The Cauldron FM podcast has been placed with a couple of new directory sites including stitcher.com and we are waiting for notification that Coaching Radio and Capstone Radio have a presence on there as well.

We are hoping that these moves will increase our listener spread and widen our market place.  We are also working to get the new studio computer up to speed in order that we may be streaming Capstone Radio by the end of March.

So again lots and lots of things are going on in the constantly shifiting world of Moonshadow Media

Latest Updates from Moonshadow HQ

Well Hi and a very happy Friday to you all out there in Blogsville.  The latest updates are as follows -

Altered Image Personal Development - we are sorry but we have had to cancel the 26th January's Why New Year's Resolutions Don't Work workshop that was due to be held at the Littlebirds Centre owing to lack of support.  This is a great shame because we felt that it would have been a great afternoon and could have opened the way for similar events throughout the year.

On a brighter note the new Guided Meditation CD "The Magick Of The Forest" is due for release on 1st February and because this is limited to only 50 signed and numbered copies we expect that they will be "flying out of the door".  The physical CD is a full 59 minutes playing time and is split into 2 tracks - The first track is the full guided meditation and the second track is the music only so that the listener can do their own meditation should they so wish.

Advance orders have already been received from America, Australia and the UK so if you want to be included then please drop an email to devonlifecoach@mail.com.  The cost of the CD is £5.99 and we can accept payment by PayPal before despatch.

An Mp3 version of the meditation will be released in due course.

Cauldron FM speaking of guided meditations, the CauldronFM Full Moon meditation took place online last night and again the resultant feedback was extremely positive.  These meditations are always broadcast at 7.30pm GMT or BST on the night of the Full Moon and can be accessed by tuning in online to our 24/7 streaming radio service at myradiostream.com/cauldronfm on these evenings.

Capstone Radio we are working towards creating a streaming service for Capstone Radio and if all goes to plan this will begin during March.  Initially the stream will run for a limited time each day of the week and will broadcast pre-recorded programming but eventually the studio will be enabled for live broadcast with air time being shared by CauldronFM, Capstone Radio and Coaching Radio.

To enable the streaming service to begin we have had to obtain a second studio computer and this will run alongside the Cauldron FM machine.  Installation and testing of this machine will begin over the next couple of weeks.  In the meantime keep yourself "In The Loop" with our daily broadcasts about events taking place in N Devon by visiting our facebook page which is Capstone Radio and clicking on the links to our audioboo broadcasts or to listen to our shows visit http://capstoneradio.podomatic.com

Hi and good morning - well there is a lot happening here in Moonshadow Land - predominantly with the Capstone Radio and my alter ego Whyte Raven.

Capstone Radio have recorded a pilot show for a possible merging of the airwaves with Radio Dart - this should have been posted on here on Sunday but the gremlins prevented that so here is the link

Whyte Raven has been climbing back up the Reverbnation charts over the last week or so

and yesterday I was asked to take part in a recording session with the great Stevie Millington in early to mid February.  So I immediately said yes!  Well who wouldn't?

My new meditation album The Magick Of The Forest is now complete and is in the final stages of production - this is a limited edition of just 50 copies each signed and numbered and the release date is planned for 1/2/14.  It will sell via email so if anyone would like to reserve their copy please drop an email to moonshadowmedia@mail.com and let me know.

I am also planning to start a mailing list that will send members advanced notices of things that are happening or more in-depth information on topics that we are covering, white papers etc.  If you would like to be added to that mailing list please subscribe here.

Something is missing...............

Hi from a rather damp, grey Moonshadow Hq - I have noticed today that there are several posts missing from these pages so am currently waiting for the techno bods to work their magic and find out why.  In terms of getting these things to work I have reached the end of my knowledge so had to pass it over to these guys who sit behind screens munching algorithms and codes all day.

Hopefully they will find out which bit of string has become undone by tomorrow morning and that we will be back to normal.

The Big Storm January 2014

Stormy Days...............

Hi and good afternoon from Moonshadow HQ.  What a totally bizarre day it is being today.  This morning I recorded the Friday Roundabout for Capstone Radio and based on the weather at the time it was done, the storm appeared to be past its worst................how wrong could I be?

I opened the door to check on the road that runs outside and found it to be several inches deep in sea water.  Fortunately the sandbags were doing their job adequately

As the morning has progressed more and more pictures came tumbling into my inboxes all illustrating the awesome power of the sea.

The weather forecast is showing that this situation is likely to continue into the weekend and return again with renewed vigour on Sunday evening.

So in the meantime we just get on with life.

I am back........ Happy New Year!

First let me say Happy and a Prosperous New Year wish to each and every one of you and a huge thank you for your support in 2013 and here's to 2014.

Wow!


What a wicked week off to celebrate the whole Yule, Christmas and New Year festivities.  Lots of things happened some of which were private others of which sit quite happily in the public domain.

I suppose from a personal achievement perspective the biggest things were as follows -

a)  getting approval to work with Tony Butler, Tom Newman and Paul Brett to produce a new album for Viral Discs - details of which will be announced as soon as we know what the album will be.

b)  having Eyes Wander the song that featured lyrics by RuthyB and music by myself getting back to No 1 in the Ipswich pop charts for both Christmas and New Year.  You can check out the personal message from RuthyB and I plus listen to the hit track by going to this link http://bit.ly/1eoCulK

c)  receiving several messages of congratulations from people who received my 2014 calendar and getting a new photo commission on the back of that and several other photographs I took during the year.

So moving on to the business side of things, this is what is happening with

Altered Image - there is a half day workshop booked in at the Littlebirds Therapy Centre on Ilfracombe High St. for Sunday 26th January.  The workshop will be based on Why New Year Resolutions don't work and how to rectify that with effective goal setting techniques.  The event is limited to only 8 participants and it is advisable to book early to secure your place.  Drop an email to devonlifecoach@mail.com to book your space.


Capstone Radio - a new logo design has been created for 2014 in preparation for the move to a streaming service in Feb / March (details and the link will be announced as soon as the new PC is up and running in the studio) 

Moonshadow Media - the new website is "under construction" - the purpose of this site is to provide a landing platform for all the broadcast services and to create an access point for people who wish to become a part of the whole Moonshadow family.

So all in all this has proved a really exciting week and if this is the shape of 2014 - what a fantastic year is in prospect.
