Hi and a fabulous Thursday to you all out there in listener / viewer land.
Last night's interview with Kit Addie was a real pleasure to do. She made me feel so welcome and it would appear that we have a similar outlook on life - slightly skewed. She told me several stories from her past, some of them had my sides aching with laughter but that she felt could not be repeated on air for fear of repercussions. However the two that I did manage to use were brilliant. It also transpires that I know her daughter Steph (she runs Larkstone Cafe in Ilfracombe) and that we also have several other acquaintances in common.
So anyway tonight I will be editing the interview and it should be available on line sometime tomorrow.
I am also starting to plan Cauldron FM's 2013 Yule show which goes into the recording phase on Saturday and the new Capstone Rocks show will be completed soon. This show will be featuring music by Ardeth Bey (two tracks taken from their recent Ilfracombe Chill Bar session); Ange Hardy who I met at Dunster by Candlelight last Saturday; Whyte Raven and more.
On the Coaching Radio service I am working on a new short programme that will be detailing steps you can take to help achieve a positive mindset.
The Optimum Living Channel has seen new videos added in the past 24 hours so we now have a section devoted to Sacred Pregnancy videos and there are more to follow.
So that brings you more or less up to date except to say that on Sunday we will be heading off to Exeter in Moonshadow to see the Coca Cola truck(s) so we are hoping to grab some video of that trip. If you are about and you spot Moonshadow on the "back" road to Exeter on Sunday morning give us a wave.
All that remains is for me to say that if there is anything that you would like us to include in our programmes, or if you want to take part in the unfolding story of Moonshadow Media please feel free to
give us a call on 07741 413456,
voice message us on the CoCo voice app to 514409,
tweet to @capstoneradio or @cauldronfm or @coaching radio
email to moonshadomedia@mail.com
and so I will look forward to hearing from you soon
