Energy
transcends time and space. Once you learn how to “send energy” you can do it
for healing purposes, or even change the outcome of a future event or even send
it to the past although the actual past event is unlikely to change, the impact
it has will be much better for you.
In
this post you will discover how to send energy and then modify that energy
according to what outcome you want (healing, money, protection, love etc)
Sacred Space
Set
up your sacred space. This is where the
magic will happen. It should be a quiet space where you are least likely to be
disturbed. You could use your altar if you wish.
Wear
comfortable loose clothes and remove items of heavy jewellery – unless they
play an important ritual role for you.
You
might wish to lie down or sit comfortably or adopt a yogi or semi-yogi style
(Cernunnos style).
However
you feel comfortable is always the best.
Here
you are as one with the Cosmos.
Take
few breaths.
Quiet
your thoughts,
Silence
your mind,
Relax
your body.
Making Energy Balls
To
be able to send the energy you must first gather and concentrate it.
Begin
to build the energy by clapping your hands 3-4 times, then start rubbing them
together first horizontally and finally in a circular motion.
Repeat
this process two – three more times.
By
doing this you will “Activate” the two (secondary) chakras that are located in
the centre of your palms.
Now
you are more able to feel the energy.
Keep
your palms 2 inches apart (the inner palms facing each other) and you should
now be able to feel the pulse of the energy coming and going.
Take
few minutes to feel it. Once you do you can repeat it instantly.
Next
choose the correct colour from this list
White
– for every purpose and connecting
with the divine.
Gold
– for every purpose with a more
masculine touch
Silver
– for every purpose with a more
feminine touch
Pink
– for Love and Beauty and Healing
Green–
for Prosperity, Money, Beauty and
Healing
Red
– for (active) Protection, Sexual
energy, Passion
Purple-
for (passive) Protection, Astral
energy, magic
Blue – for (passive)
Protection, peace, healing
Yellow- for mental clarity, intellectual purposes
and glamour
Sending the Energy Balls
Now
the energy balls are created they need to be programmed and to do this
State
clearly what your intention is
By
way of an example you could say something along the lines of
“I
send this red Energy Ball to my friend George to provide protection from any
attack”.
You
can use a photograph to help focus your mind.
You
can send energy balls into the future
“I
send this yellow energy ball to myself when I am taking my Physics exams
tomorrow”.
It
is also possible to send energy to your pet while you are away so that it is
able to feel your love
“I
send this pink energy ball to my dog to feel my love even though I’m far”.
You
can also send energy balls back into the past programmed to cure a past
experience
“I
send this energy ball to the past – to the time when I broke my leg and since
when I have been afraid to skate”.
You
can also send energy balls to the future for just in case anyone needs it.
This is
the path of the Light Worker.
And
always remember that practice makes perfect!
Recharge Yourself
Activate
your energy centres after selecting two amethyst crystals (preferably Crystal Point
Amethyst
carries wide and far reaching magical and healing properties.
Be
barefoot and hold the amethyst crystals in the palms of your upturned hands.
For
a few minutes inhale the energy from your amethysts and exhaling through them
like filters.
Repeat
several times.
When
you have finished always cleanse your crystals.
A Word Of Caution
Do
not send energy balls when you are physically or emotionally sick. You do not want to drain the remaining energy
resources of your subject.
Do
not send energy to another person without his/her permission. Always ask first.
Do
no harm
and
finally
